Jonasson joins the Robins 

Swedish under 21 Champion will join the Swindon colours for 2010 campaign

 

As confirmed at Thursday's fans' forum, highly rated youngster Thomas H Jonasson will line up in Swindon colours for the 2010 campaign.

Jonasson, the current Swedish under 21 Champion, joins the Robins
after two eye-catching seasons with Premier league Edinburgh Monarchs along with a host of strong International performances.

 

Thomas H Jonasson is widely regarded as one of World speedway's
hottest young prospects.

The Swede, who turns 21 today (Friday, 27th) played an integral
role in Edinburgh's 2008 Premier league success during his inaugural
British campaign.

 

"Thomas is a very talented young motorcyclist who has bundles of potential," commented Swindon team manager Alun Rossiter.

"He’s a rider who were confident has the ability to improve on his
starting average.His International form and European league scoring
has been very impressive indeed over the past two seasons.

Thomas was sought after by a lot of top clubs so we're naturally very
excited that he'll be riding at Blundson in 2010"
